Sway "Full circle"

Well, this one is quite the doosie. We first covered Rosemary Clooney & Perez Prado's "Sway" in 1994, though lacked the studio to ever finish a proper mix. That is until "Skeewiff" were formed and signed to Ministry of Sounds' nascent FSUK label a few years later. The rewiff was eventually completed and released in 1998. It did mostly nothing and the FSUK label it was released on, fizzled out shortly after.

We then re-released it under a new name (in accordance with the law of Mighty Norman Fatboy Pizzaman Dubcat of 1999) with a major label. Massive smash. Sadly, the old label decided they weren't so fizzled after all. Much lawyering ensued. Meanwhile, as they scrapped, we scarpered with the proceeds and set up Jalapeno Records, the new (fizzle-proof) home of Skeewiff. Great success!

So, the tune that Skeewiff begat, which in turn begat Jalapeno, returns, re-wffed, full circle, to its rightful home to beget new adventures. Just less lawyers this time... please.

Fun Fact: Jalapeno Label Boss Trevor once decorated a party venue's ceiling with copies of the original (now priceless) 1998 Sway 12" demo.
